At 19:00 on 5 August 2016, the signing ceremony for the Project Management Agreement of the Sino-Mexican Culture International Exchange Center and China Grand Hotel in Mexico, between Boda International Holding Group Co., Ltd. and the Joint Venture of Boda International Construction Engineering Group Share Co., Ltd. and China New Era Group Corporation was held smoothly in the Legendale Hotel in Beijing.

The leaders and guests present at this signing ceremony were: Mr. Zhai Ligong (the former Chairman of the board of supervisors of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission under the State Council, President of Chinese Association of Productivity Science, and President of Boda Strategic Studies Academy of Latin America), Mr. Niu Shuhai (Chairman of Directorate of Boda International Holding Group Co., Ltd.), Mr. Liu Guoping (Executive Director and General Manager of China New Era Group Corporation) and Mr. Yan Honggen (General Manager Assistant of China New Era Group Corporation). The senior management, middle management and relative staff of Boda International Holding Group Co., Ltd. also attended this signing ceremony.

At this signing ceremony, Boda International Holding Group Co., Ltd. and China New Era Group Corporation signed jointly the Project Management Agreement of the Sino-Mexican Culture International Exchange Center and China Grand Hotel in Mexico.
