In the second half of 2016, with the development of the company’s business, the staff also increased, so from September 2016, the office organized all department staff to carry out the monthly rotational training work, there are four aims:

1.Different department staff teaches each other the professional skills of their own job, make the skills of staff from single to multiple, to meet the needs of the change of the organization development and enhance their comprehensive professional ability.

2.Learn and understand the professional skills from each other, enhance the team interoperability, improve the working efficiency of the team.

3.Crete an opportunities to communicate with each other and enhance the creative power of the team.

4.Self-value realization, the process of the staff in making training curriculum content is also the process of growing up, in this process, they can achieve the realization of self-worth.

The office monthly rotational training activities has been carried out for two months, the effect of training is rising steadily. The plan of November as bellow, please the teacher according to the time and subject to complete the course, we are looking forward to the excellent courses in November.
