Boda International Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Boda Group”) and the Government of Raoyang County held a cooperative seminar on the Industrial Park Projects in the conference room of the Government of Raoyang County on 10 August 2017. Bo Wu (Secretary of China Communist Party Committee of Raoyang County), Junyong Zuo(Deputy Secretary of China Communist Party Committee of Raoyang County and County Mayor of Raoyang County), Shuhai Niu (Chairman of Board of Directorate of Boda Group) and Lide Wang (Vice President of Boda Group) attended this meeting.

Shuhai Niu, Chairman of Board of Directorate of Boda Group, firstly introduced the general information of the food packaging sci-tech project (light industry) in Raoyang County to the attendees. The industrial park project generally plans to develop the land of 3,500 mu (among which the industrial park occupies 3,000 mu of the land while the living supporting zone occupies 500 mu of the land). The plan is to build a R&D base of food packaging technology, factories and subsidiary factories, a food packaging plant museum, a test center, a hotel and exhibition center, a business service center and a life supporting center, making the industry park first class in the world as a comprehensive international environment friendly green industrial park together with product research & development, production, exhibition and culture. He also mentioned that Boda Group determined to create more (historic) values for Raoyang County and to realize the “Advanced County” object, and that Boda Group would roll up sleeves and work hard, following the instructions and leadership of CPC county committee and county government and quickening the pace to establish its work team.

After listening to the report made by Mr. Shuhai Niu, Bo Wu (Secretary of China Communist Party Committee of Raoyang County) expressed gratitude to Boda Group for their concern about Raoyang County. He said that the situation was changing in Raoyang——close adjacent to Xiong’an New District and with unique geographical and transport advantages, Raoyang County, following the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated development plan, would surely be a land with extreme high growth value and development prospect. As land supply was short in Raoyang, we could bring those projects with historic value to Raoyang. As the saying goes “Ten thousand years are too long, seize the day, seize the hour.”, we should choose the sally port and focus on the timeliness for our cooperation with Boda Group. With ideal in mind, we would focus ourselves to the practical and down-to-earth work.

Junyong Zuo(Deputy Secretary of China Communist Party Committee of Raoyang County and County Mayor of Raoyang County) also said that they recognized the feasible plan made by Boda Group for the industrial park project and that Raoyang CPC county committee and country government would provide great support to Boda Group in terms of land and taxes, with a good hope for Boda Group to push the project implementation just as “seize the day, seize the hour.”
