On the first day when I stepped into my workplace, I said to myself: "No matter what kind of work you will do in the future, your job is not just a job but also a career." After more than a decade of hard work in the workplace, I deeply realized that it is really not a simple task to do a good career.

What I first comprehend is "To love your position and dedicate yourself to your career". You will operate your career only when you love it. You should enrich your love to it by information access and skills collection from all aspects. In my opinion, to do one thing best is the greatest love and respect to the career and myself.

Very often I am looking for a partner who has the same ideas as myself and I hope to form a team work with these partners to start a career.

I was fortunate to join Boda Group in August 2016. I It is a large, integrated conglomerate with highly social responsibilities and highly international vision.

I am very proud to be able to join such a team.
